Role: Art Direction, Design, Concept, Copy  |  Purpose: To redesign the MTA.info site to better reflect what Should-Be a Kick-Ass brand

Website Concept
I decided to teach myself how to use the Sketch App recently then also decided that my first project would be to redesign to the MTA website's homepage because it's a complete & totally mess (go ahead, take a look for yourself... I'll wait). There's no good reason why a city as great as NYC should have such a crummy website and set of Apps representing its transportation system... not that the trains are running smoothly in any way whatsoever. BUT STILL, where's the pride?

I left a great deal of the hyperlinks in-place because a serious convo would need to be had with the client to decide how to best combine many unnecessary pages but I decided to organize & streamline it dramatically as to have a place to begin.

TransitTime App
The latest installment to my "Fix The MTA Branding Project" — an TravelTime app which takes the ideas of all 8 crummy MTA apps and finesses them down to 1 simple, easy to use & attractive app that people will actually want to use.

Login to your personal account. Check all MTA transit options, mark your favorite routes, track your progress in real-time, buy your Metro-North, LIRR and even recharged your Metro Card without ever having to leave the app or your home.

At least, that's the idea.
