Each summer Mondelez turns it's focus to soccer. For this year, a campaign called Pass The Love was created by another agency and we saw an opportunity to a collaborate with the Kik App to make a fun experience for young Kik users. We knew that Kik's primary community is filled with teens & young adults looking to play games & share stickers in-between messaging one-another. So we dug deep and made a killer soccer shoot-out game, playable only through Kik. With each purchase of a Mondelez product, players would have an opportunity to play as 1 of 3 Real Pro Athletes by entering their on-pack product code. I was entrusted with the responsibility of designing the logo, illustrating the players, building the backgrounds, designing the interface, choosing the music/sound effects AND helping our UX designer/programers figure out the games flow.
