Subway Ventures October 31, 2016 When boarding the C this morning, I avoided a cart thinking, "woop, gonna dodge THAT angry looking crazy guy" then entered the next quite one. 30 secs after taking off, the tiny mild mannered old bald man next to me began quietly singing to himself which built into a small cha cha dance in the crowded aisle way then escalated to whistling... you just never know in this city. Subway Ventures October 31, 2016 Life could be so simple... The trains could just smoothly travel from one station to the next. Rent could just remain forever affordable. Wages could truly be fair and unchanging. People could choose to make more money if they earned degrees and chose new careers OR simply remain happy in their current jobs till death. Humans could be sincerely kind to one another and that would be perfectly fine by everyone. The government and all its politicians could apologize for being selfish pieces of shit in every possible way. And pigs would fly, voluntarily pooping golden coins over lakes of frozen ice in the bowels of hell for eternity. Hallelujah. Subway Ventures October 31, 2016 8:25am That moment when your normal A/C train has a power outage and they try to corral everyone onto a bus and you walk to the S train instead then transfer to the 3 THEN while drawing this, a woman passes out and you catch her back then at the next stop, shout for everyone to move while you help the sick passenger out and run to the conductor for help then on your way back to the sick woman who is now sitting on the platform, you see a man dressed in scrubs so you grab him and take him to the sick passenger then the conductor shuts down the 3 train and everyone gets pissed then finally an EMT comes and someone ponies-up a Smart Water for her... and everyone feels shitty for being pissed and I feel like a hero... long commute but good day so far. 9:52am #Inktober #Halloween #art #artist #Pen #ink #drawing #illustration #sketch #subway #life #love #nyc See this Instagram photo by @paintpenclpaper * 65 likes
